HOUSE  Located near Virgie Middle School and behind the old Hamilton’s Five and Dime in Virgie. Look for signs. This house was former Senior Citizen Center and has been used as Youth Center. This large house has both residential and commercial possibilities.

TERMS  VEHICLES & EQUIPMENT– Cash or Check. Payment due, IN FULL, day of auction. There will be a ten percent (10%) Buyer’s Premium added to successful bid to establish final price of each item, plus (6%) sales tax as KY Law requires. Titles to be picked up at Court House and items to be removed within 1 week from day of auction.

TERMS  HOUSE -  At least ten percent (10%) down day of auction, balance due within 30 days with passing of deed. There will be five percent (5%) Buyer’s Premium added to successful bid to establish final contract price, paid by purchaser.

NOTICE  Prospective purchasers will make any and all inspections so desired, including inspection for lead paint in home, prior to auction, and waive any additional inspections. All property, real and personal, is sold “AS IS WHERE IS” with all faults, and no warranty is expressed or implied.
