We have been authorized to sell this Commercial Building and Garage at auction.  For many years this was operated as the Willow Tree Drive-In Restaurant.  The garage was added in recent years at the rear of a large lot behind restaurant.  There are many possible uses for this property, with several parking spaces.

TERMS:  At least Ten Percent (10%) down day of auction, balance due on or before 30 days with passing of deed.  Property taxes prorated.  There will be a Ten Percent (10%) Buyer’s Premium added to successful bid to establish final contract price paid by purchaser.

DIRECTIONS:  From Pikeville travel on Highway 460 / 80 southeast toward Marrowbone and Elkhorn City.  From Marrowbone area turn right onto Highway 195, Marrowbone Creek Road.   Property is approximately 1 mile on right.  Look for signs.
